Carol Steiger, the circuit clerk of Ste. Genevieve County, appeals the trial courts grant of summary judgment in favor of Carl Kinsky, the same countys prosecutor, requiring that the clerk provide a copy of a trial transcript to the prosecutor. Because we find this case to be moot and not within the "public interest" exception to the mootness doctrine, the appeal is dismissed.
