pursuant to a contract allegedly induced by misrepresentations of facts by defendants. The case was tried before James F.
Murphy, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs for $3,000 against defendants George H. Bush and Ila W.
Bush and $9,000 against defendants Arnold E. Melling and Romie O. Johnson, individually and d.b.a. Lakeland Realty Company,
and Lakeland Realty Company. Thereafter, the court granted defendants' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and
